Exchange and Return Window

All exchange or return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, including the day of delivery.

Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange if:

You received the wrong product

There is a size issue
In such cases:

We will exchange the product for another size or the correct product of the same value.

There are no additional charges for the exchange.

We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
If the exchanged product is of a higher value, the price difference must be paid online before dispatch.
Conditions for Exchange

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Original tags and labels must be attached.

The item must be neatly folded and properly packed to avoid damage during transit.

Exchange requests will be processed only once per order.

Products used or washed even once are not eligible for exchange.
Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in genuine cases of defective products.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or your provided bank account.
In exceptional cases where a return is approved without any delivery or product issue, Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund amount. This covers reverse pickup and logistics costs.
Important Notes

Slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or printing processes.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for minor color or design variations.

If our verification shows that the defect occurred due to misuse, damage, or mishandling, no refund will be issued.

Please do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery to avoid complications.
Non Eligible Items

Products purchased during a sale or using a discount code are not eligible for refunds.

Size related issues are eligible for free exchange only, not refunds.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
