• Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 working hours after being placed.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

• Orders within India are typically delivered within 5 to 8 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.

• In rare cases, delivery may take up to 14 days due to product availability or unforeseen delays.

• Deliveries to Jammu and Kashmir and parts of North East India may take up to 10 working days.

Delivery timelines may be affected by factors such as public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared on your registered email address.

• If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@unikorntribes.com

We ship our products using reliable courier partners based on serviceability and delivery location, including:

• Xpressbees

• Blue Dart

Delivered but Not Received

This situation is rare, as orders are often received by family members, neighbours, flatmates, or office mail rooms.

If tracking shows the order as delivered but you have not received it:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification.

• We will immediately raise the issue with the courier partner and investigate the matter.

The investigation process may take up to 10 working days. In genuine cases, a full refund will be issued after the investigation is completed.

Requests raised after 48 hours of the delivery notification may be difficult to resolve, and we may not be able to take responsibility for such cases.
